We have an amazing team of qualified and experienced Early Years Educators, and along with our Early Tears Support Assistants work hard to ensure that a safe, happy and stimulating environment is accessible for all children attending. The delivery of the Early Years Foundation Stage and Safeguarding & Welfare Requirements are strictly adhered to – and that ‘Best Practice’ procedures run through all areas of our care creating opportunities and experiences for each and every child.

Our Key Worker and Buddy systems ensure every child (and their family) has a familiar adult where strong trusting relationships are built, nurtured and maintained through strong communication processes.

Observations, monitoring and evaluating processes are regularly carried out to ensure all teams are providing children with the best outcomes within their ‘learning journey’

Our Continual Professional Development program ensures all staff receive the correct support and training opportunities to further enhance their delivery. As well as individual targeted courses the setting holds regular In-House training opportunities.
