Terms and Conditions

Admissions

We care for children from 9 months to 4 years of age through our Nursery, Toddlers & Pre-School rooms. Admissions are on a first come first serve basis for all areas of care. There are no minimum requirements with regards to sessions, although we would recommend at least 2 sessions per week. Our setting charges by the hour – allowing Parents the flexibility to access care only when needed. Parents/Carers must complete and return a Registration Form, along with the £50.00 Registration Fee – plus a copy of your child’s Birth Certificate in order to secure a place. (children accessing the Early Years Entitlement are not required to pay a Registration Fee). Our Breakfast, After School & Holiday Clubs allow us to care for children from 4 – 11 years of age (we do not require a birth certificate or registration fee for children accessing our out of school clubs only)

Fees & Payments

Fees are for your child’s place at the setting, not their attendance (eg. non-attendance through illness or holidays) and are payable a month in advance. Invoices are emailed direct to Parents around the 20th of the month and are required to be paid by the 30th. We will only accept payments via bank transfer or, standing order. Extra’s may be paid by cash. We do not accept payment by card. Late payments may incur a £40.00 Late Payment fee (Payment of Fees policy). The Registration Fee is for the Settling-In sessions, Care Plan and our Welcome Pack. No charges are made when the setting is closed at Christmas, Bank Holidays or if the setting has to close in emergency cases.

Early Years Entitlement

Our setting accepts all children who qualify for the Early Years Free Entitlement (including 30 hours). Consumables Fee – all children aged 3 years and over are required to pay a mandatory fee of 50p per funded hour claimed

Holidays, Sickness & Absences

Payment is still required if your child is absent through illness or holidays.

Notice of Changes

One months notice is required if you wish to cancel your child’s place or if you wish to change their allocated days or hours (however, we will try to accommodate changes to hours/days when and where possible)

Late Collections

We understand there may be times when Parents/Carers may be late collecting their child (in an emergency). We do not charge for occasional late collections of up to 10 minutes. However, we do ask Parents/Carers to phone and let us know if they are going to be late. After this a 5.00 charge will be made for every 10 minutes late.
